Steve puts his prices on the page — the tank, the labour at $95 an hour, even the $39 travel charge — before he ever rings your doorbell. Almost no one else in the city will do that.

Bradford White sells through licensed installers only — the tank on this list isn’t on a box-store shelf. You get the professional-channel tank, installed by the owner of the company, and the price still wins. Don’t take Steve’s word for it:
"He did an exceptional job. It barely took an hour and a half … Price beats Costco, Home Depot, and Rona."Sandra K. — Birdeye review, on a winter hot-water-tank swap
the grey pipe, priced.
Poly-B is the grey plastic pipe that went into Alberta homes from the late ’70s to the mid ’90s. If your house has it, you’ve probably heard about it from your insurance company before you ever saw a drip.
Steve’s own site calls him a Poly-B replacement specialist — and true to form, the job most shops quote behind closed doors is on his public list, drywall removal included. Decide with a number, not a scare.
